1. Coordination with MUA and hair-do
To get glowing results, of course you need to coordinate with your MUA to create a natural glow effect in the make-up used, either by using contouring or highlighting techniques.
2. Use of lighting
You can create a beautiful and shiny face by using several lighting modifiers, such as a white beauty dish or a silver parabolic umbrella or a regular umbrella.
If you want to get light on the white background, you can place a silver softbox or parabolic in front of the model so you get a nice white background.
If you want to create gray light on the background, you can use a parabolic softbox on the back and use the main light from a white beauty dish.

When the model is ready, you can place the 6-8 inch model of the parabolic softbox with a 300 watt per second strobe at 1/16 power. Position the main light 3-4 feet from the model and place it in the center, slightly above eye-level. Leave the beauty dish empty and set the light to 1/2. On the sides of the model, place black V-Flats to stop any unwanted effects.
Using a beauty dish can be an enemy for photographers because the light produced is harsh and looks harsh. Unlike a softbox, you can get softer light. However, by using a beauty dish, you can highlight the bridge of the nose, under the nose, just above the lips, and under the eyes. This is what many photographers usually look for for portrait photos.
When taking photos , it is recommended to use the RAW format because it can make the photo editing process easier , just change the color grading.
