These light modifiers are widely used when you take portrait photos indoors. There are several types and their respective uses.
1. The beauty dish / beauty bowl
Usually this light is directed at the focus of the photo, so that there is sufficient contrast and bright light on the model's face and skin.

2. Standard bowl reflector
There are various sizes and depths that affect the light produced. For a standard bowl, this produces strong light.
3. Umbrellas
The advantage of this tool is that it can be folded and can be set up quickly, making it more practical. A silver umbrella will produce light with a brighter contrast. White umbrellas are usually used in conjunction with a flash for indoor shooting and the light produced is soft and natural.
4. Ring flash
The ring flash is useful for enclosing the camera area so that no shadows are visible. For those of you who want to get catchlights on the model, you can use this tool. Apart from that, the light results are quite even in the photo. Usually this ring flash is used in combination with other light sources.
5. Softbox
This tool is one of the standard tools for light modifiers. In indoor conditions, silver can help provide softer light and spread the light like using a white umbrella. The bigger the softbox, the wider the spread of light.
