Has anyone heard of this angle? This angel is also known as Dutch tilt, canted angle or oblique angle, which means the type of angle that forms a vertical line at an angle to the side, not perpendicular. The result is that the horizon line is not parallel to the bottom of the photo frame, similar to the viewing angle of tilting the head to the side.
This angle comes from a classic German film. German but why is his name Dutch? This happened because there was a spelling error which should have been Deutsch angle and had nothing to do with Dutch people or the language. So it should be called the German angle, right ;)
