Portrait photography is the type of photography that is most often
one by photographers. The focus of this photography is a person's face. This does not mean that the photographer just takes a photo of the part of the face in question and is done, but portrait photography tries to capture the artistic side of a person's facial character accompanied by the appearance of feelings in the photo taken. So, the recorded photos look alive and tell a story like a literary work. Come on, check out the tips!
1. Photograph the subject in its environment
Some people just don't belong in the studio. They can feel awkward and it will be obvious on camera.
2. Don't be afraid to take photos from different heights/angle
For example, in children or babies, never take them at normal adult height. Get down and take a picture from their level, namely the top of their head.
3. Do not use the flash on the camera.
If the flash is turned on, it can make the model feel uncomfortable, like a firefly. Imagine if the model had to experience this many times because it would be impossible to take the photo in just one take.
4. Consider giving the subject space to look at.
Place the subject to one side then have them look at the other side of the frame (not the camera), this will make the subject more comfortable and look natural.
