Foreground Dalam Fotografi

Foreground in Photography

After discussing the background yesterday, now let's discuss the foreground. Most of us usually pay more attention to the background and forget about the foreground, even though if it is composed well, the foreground can make the results of our photos really bounce. But it's also important, don't let the foreground disturb your main object.

You can try a tricky way to use foreground using the rule of thirds, which can be placed 1/3 at the bottom of the photo.

Some foreground examples that you can try:

1. Foreground bokeh

You can also use the bokeh that is usually used for the background for the foreground, the results are no less beautiful. You can use shiny objects that are around, for example beaded bracelets, plastic, or decorative lights.

2. Foreground that frames the object

This type of foreground not only beautifies the photo by providing a frame, but also draws the eye to the main object. The frame can be made darker or lighter depending on the concept of your photo. You can use windows, doors, frames, and so on.

3. Foreground peek

This type of foreground is similar to a frame, the difference is that the objects in this type look smaller. Just imagine it as if you were spying on someone. You can use keyholes, door window gaps, or gaps in other objects.

4. Foreground that changes perspective

This type of foreground is usually very interesting because it not only uses foreground photo techniques but also uses concepts and creativity.
